Personal data we collect

When you request a quote, contact us or hire our services, we may collect:

• Identification and contact data: name, company, job title, email and phone number.
• Operational data: plant location, material types, volumes and generation frequency.
• Billing data, when there is a business relationship.

We do not request sensitive personal data.

Purposes

We use your data for the following necessary purposes:

• Responding to your information, contact and quote requests.
• Providing the collection, buying, processing, recycling or supply services you hire.
• Scheduling pickups and issuing weight tickets and traceability documentation.
• Invoicing and complying with legal and tax obligations.

We may also use your contact details to send you information about our services and relevant content. If you prefer not to receive it, email contacto@zikloa.com; declining will not affect the services you request.

Transfers and processors

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may rely on providers that process data on our behalf—for example, the form platform we use to receive your requests (Tally) or email services—who are required to protect it and use it only for the stated purposes.

We will only transfer your data to third parties when required by a competent authority or permitted by law.

ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent

You have the right to access, rectify and cancel your data or object to its processing (ARCO rights), and to withdraw your consent or limit its use.

To exercise them, send your request to contacto@zikloa.com including your name, a way to reach you with our response, documents proving your identity (or your representative's), a clear description of the right you wish to exercise and any information that helps us locate your data. We will respond within the time limits set by law.
